We want you to love your new colorful wardrobe, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can find your perfect palette with confidence.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is tucked safely inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Apply the Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
